Michael E. Case

A Decatur, Alabama, native, Mike received his bachelor's and master's degrees in marketing from the University of Alabama.

Mike began his career in the packaging industry when he joined Gulf States Paper Corporation in 1981. He served in a variety of sales and marketing positions in the Packaging and Paperboard areas before being promoted to Vice President for Sales in the Pulp & Paperboard Division in 1993. He has since served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Executive Vice President for Pulp and Paperboard. In 1999, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer before being named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2000.

A native of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, Alicia received bachelor's degrees in chemistry and sociology, with a minor in physics, from Thiel College. She has over 20 years experience in the packaging industry including 13 years with The Westervelt Company (then known as Gulf States Paper Corporation) and eight years in various packaging positions with H.J. Heinz Company and Campbell's Soup.

Career Summary

Alicia joined The Westervelt Company in 1993 as Manager of Product Development for the Packaging Division. In 1997, she assumed the role of Business Development Manager for Pulp & Paperboard, and in1998, she was promoted to Business Services Manager for Pulp and Paperboard. In 2000, she was named as Business Solutions Group Director, which incorporated responsibility for corporate services including Strategy and Planning. In 2001, she was named Vice President, Process Improvement—a position that required leading our transition to a process focused organization and overall responsibility of our six sigma efforts. From 2003 — 2005 she served as Business Leader for Specialty Products, which consisted of a joint venture with Dopaco/Cascades (GSD), as well as management of our wholly-owned subsidiaries Livingston Box, and Resolution Packaging. She assumed her current role as Vice President, Business Development, in 2005. She serves as Business Leader for Westervelt Ecological Services, Westervelt Realty, and the Recreation division. Alicia is married with a teenage daughter and enjoys boating and outdoor recreation.

In addition to being CEO of Forest One, Clark manages his family's extensive timber holdings in Mississippi and has been involved with timberland and timber marketing for many years. Prior to founding Forest One, Clark was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of uShock, an Internet startup and CTO of a startup incubator. Clark holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Mr. Verma is President of Forest One, and has more than five years of management experience with General Motors(GM) and McKinsey & Co. At GM, he worked in design and operations supervision and was awarded three patents with three more pending. Shailu received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
